Sunday, May 22, 2016 at 11:07AM PARKVILLE, MO -- The veteran Missouri team didn't leave much to chance in the final rounds of the inaugural MCA States Shield held on Saturday morning at the Kactus Creek Croquet Club in Parkville, Missouri as they rolled to a 7-3 win over Kansas.
Wednesday, May 18, 2016 at 4:51PM The golf croquet test between Kansas and Missouri is being called the MCA States Shield in anticipation of adding more state teams to the test in 2017. Goodwin World Media is providing a "MacRobertson" style shield for the event. The schedule follows and the key change from the prior announcement is that the event will start on Thursday night with two rounds and finish on Saturday morning.

Tuesday, February 2, 2016 at 8:03AM BELTON, MO -- The MCA opened the 2016 Annual General Meeting with the announcement of the President's Awards for the 2015 season. Gabe Airrington took the under-18 award for best Junior Player of the Year as he compiled a 5-2 record in Silver Division play and also claimed a tournament win at the Lee's Summit T-Bone Tournament. Brevin Millican was honorable mention as he finished strong with a surprise run to the Silver Division Final as the #5 seed at the 2015 MCA Championship.

And with the deepest, 10-player Pro Division in MCA 9WS history, it's not like the rest of the field didn't give it their all on ending Griffith's reign over MCA tournament titles.

Sunday, May 3, 2015 at 10:23AM LEE'S SUMMIT, MO -- Matt Griffith continued his dominance in the MCA Nine Wicket Series with his third straight Pro Division win yesterday in Lee's Summit, Missouri at the Lee's Summit T-Bone Tournament. Griffith took down Greg Clouse in the final with a decisive 32-13 win and extended his game-winning streak to 14 games. That is one-shy of Paul Miller's record 15-game streak. Griffith has never lost an MCA Nine-Wicket Series game and now has a 14-0 record.
