2017 States Shield Championship Schedule

Three MCA players will be participating in this Saturday's Croquet Network States Shield Championship final as Missouri will take on the visiting Wisconsin team at Kactus Creek Croquet Club in Parkville, Missouri. From the MCA, Matt Smith, Steve Jackson and Billy Bob Breeden will represent Missouri.

The first round starts at 8:30 a.m. and starts with a doubles match, that will be followed by a full day of head to head singles action. The first squad to six wins will claim the 2017 Croquet Network States Shield title. If the event is tied at 5-5, there will be an additional doubles game to break the tie.

Spectators are welcome and MCA players in particular are invited to volunteer to help keep commentary on the event. Contact Dylan Goodwin at the event if you are interested in doing text commentary.
