The following topics are planned for 2018 Midwest Croquet Association Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on January 27, 2018. 

• 2018 Membership Fees
• Suggested tournament fees
• Schedule (including Sunflower Wickets)
• Equipment needs
• Rules Updates
• Division Breakdown / R&CC / Ratings
• Silver Division
• CharBar / Wicket & Peg Review
• Organization structure
• Bylaws
• New President
• Kactus Creek Court Build Proposal (new)

Members can submit agenda suggestions to Dylan Goodwin at kccroquetclub@gmail.com until Wednesday, January 24, 2018.

Standard business at the meeting includes:

• Annual Awards
• Presentation of engraved annual trophies
• Board member elections
• Financial Report
• Settle current expenses (new)

 The AGM will be held at the ecafe in Overland Park. The meeting will start at 10:00 a.m. and conclude at noon. eCafe is located at 10650 Roe Ave, Overland Park, KS 66207. Coffee and light breakfast snacks will be available. There is also a full coffee shop in the venue.
